For clean-up projects, access to your bookkeeping software is crucial. If you're using QuickBooks Online,simply invite our firm as an Accountant. If it's QuickBooks Desktop, we'll discuss obtaining access, usually through Remote Desktop services such as Team Viewer.
We don't usually require all the necessary information before starting your clean-up bookkeeping project. Instead, we can begin the process and then inform you of the priority information needed, allowing you to focus on obtaining it.
For set-up or migration projects, our initial consultation will cover your current system or desired new system features (chart of accounts, system usage, etc.), enabling us to create an optimal setup from the beginning. We recommend against setting it up yourself, as it can lead to issues and additional work.
We cater to clients who are unsatisfied with other firms that don't specialize in clean-up or catch-up services and have been unable to resolve the situation.
